Dieting always seems to be about tips and tricks, doesn't it? There are hundreds of diets and most of them will help you to lose weight, but it's all about the little things or so it seems to me. I never have a problem eating or not eating what is on a particular diet. For me, it was in-between meals that caused me problems. My mother used to joke that I ate like a cow- grazing all day long!
