Not many escaped the Order of the Eternal One, also known as the Mastem. Let them be a hunted sinner or their own soldier. Yet Jabril did but had to make a deal with a demon for it. A woman with no memories of her previous life, raised to follow orders and decimate cities is now on the run with a band of misfits and a stolen relic of the celestials, one before the beginning of times. The woman branded with the damned markings of the order, yet to learn how to behave among people, driven by a desire to find her lost family is yet to discover more than she ever hoped for in a mad and centuries-old game of celestials. The world is at stake and a band of misfits, driven by the deal made with a demon for their own lives, are its only hope.
