In a small town in Louisiana, two guys lived across a bayou from each others. Technically neighbors but with a swim away from each other. 

Lukas was homeschooled and spent his time paddleboarding  the lake, watching the sun set and rise each morning and night. As for his neighbor, Taylor went to the shithole highschool of their town. Mostly took the family boat out with friends to drink and party but that's only what Lukas think, he'll realize his assumption was a little off. 

Both guys are aware that the other lives across the bayou but never once talked until Lukas's lack of judgement led him to the lake while a storm is soon to hit. And whilst Lukas is sitting on a broken peer waiting for the the strong winds to pass. Taylor found him and offered him a lift, Lukas accepts.. and well read to find out more.All Rights Reserved

"Leo pinned me against the wall with his hips. His hands gently gripped my wrists, keeping my arms above my head against the cool brick behind me. His quicksilver eyes were filled with such an intense, carnal desire I couldn't even look into them, so I looked over his shoulder. I saw a few kids from the group standing out by their cars who would easily be able to see what we were doing...or at least what Leo was doing to me. At that moment, my mind started wandering to all the things that I could be doing to him right now...but I stopped that train of thought immediately, as it started heading to all the wrong places... Ethan tries to ignore the fact that his heart flutters every time he sees Leo, or that he can't ever stop thinking about him, but if having cancer has taught him one thing, it's that you have to live in the present, as you may not have a future.
