Polar has always wanted to be a great legend like her father. NOT. Her main goal was to let no one know she existed. Especially not her father. Or maybe she would become a legend, but more of a spooky one. Like, "'Do not venture outside, my child, or the Polar will get you.' 'The Polar? Like the snow?' 'No, my child. A great IceWing. She will kill you if you get too close.'" or "'Wait! Don't go out!' 'Why not?'! 'I- I heard of a dragon who roams Pyrrhia. She looks for dragons to kill and no one knows where she is. I don't think it's safe out there.' 'Oh, whatever- AHHHHHHH SHE'S HERE!!!'" Not that Polar wanted to be a killer, but if that was her destiny, then let it be so! Or maybe not. Polar didn't NEED a destiny. SHE was going to forge her OWN path, thank you very much. And it TOTALLY STARTED WITH HER BITING A CERTAIN SCAVENGER'S HEAD OFF! SHE WAS JUST...
