Maddy is a nineteen year old albino girl. With some one after her she decides to leave her home town and winds up moving to Rosemont, CA. After being attacked by a gang she finds herself on the creepypasta's radar, and they want her.
Toby didn't feel like taking up the assignment to bring this girl in, but it's not like he could tell slender no. However, upon meeting the girl something shifts in him, and he cannot tell if it's for better or worse.
Surveillance feeds cant follow her, on recordings the girl shows up as static, her voice is not picked up by audio, blood and finger prints have no matches. A ghost, and Detective Ashe's only assignment.
