"We met by accident. We were never meant to happen", she said firmly as she turned to leave. Stephen couldn't find the words to stop her and keep her beside me. The girl who understood him. The girl he couldn't forget. He switched off the nightlight and walked out of his office. Maybe it was just him who felt this. Victoria and Stephen met at a beach resort and felt a sudden spark burn between them but they part ways way too soon. Even after months, there are moments they find themselves thinking of the other. But the only thing they know about each other is the other's name. While Victoria has stopped looking for love but has started working on herself. Stephen has also pushed himself in his company, climbing the corporate ladder. But what happens when they again cross paths with each other? Will they walk away like a forgotten memory or does fate have different plans for them? First draft: 15.03.2021 Published: 28.07.2021

It was the biggest adventure of my life, and I was ready to make memories and have fun with my best friend for the summer. It would be a trip of a lifetime. I never expected that our worlds would collide. We came from total opposites tracks of life. Mine a simple and boring world and him one of Germany's most famous Tiktok creators. He was tall and handsome, and every girl wanted him; including me. When our worlds meet, would time be on our side? Would we be able to hold onto that spark that brought us together or will that spark fuse and leave us empty handed with nothing but memories and heartache?
