Rachel Elizabeth Dare and the Children of the Gods

Rachel Elizabeth Dare meets a fourteen year old boy with "the world's largest toothpick" one December day at the Hoover Dam. This boy seems to attract monsters of all kinds, and Rachel finds herself wrapped up in all the half-blood nonsense. Percy has a half-blood friend named Annabeth, who Rachel finds to be as intriguing as the world he lives in.
