Abyss ~ Larry Stylinson

Love is an essential to human life - it’s needed for the mind to function properly, for the body to work in perfect harmony with the soul. When a human is deprived love, however, their bodies shut down and their minds not only close off from the world, but become dark and hopeless voids, like a mental abyss. This abyss will eventually lead to a premature death, unless stopped by the one thing it’s lacking - love.
Seventeen year old Louis Tomlinson’s mind has drifted into the abyss after years upon years of abuse from not only the guys at school, but from his own father. He only has one friend (who’s more of an acquaintance if anything) and grades that a fourth grader would achieve if thrown into high school. He’s pierced and tattooed his body beyond practicality and doesn’t care for his own life. He’s shut himself off completely, the demons nesting deep within slowly killing him from the inside out. Louis Tomlinson has been starved of love, but has gone so far that he doesn’t even hunger for it anymore. To put it simply, he’s given up.
Harry Styles, on the other hand, is the polar opposite of Louis Tomlinson. He’s Cheshire’s golden boy - popular, handsome, charming, funny, optimistic, loved by all - and he’s never had to deal with any sort of major problem throughout his seventeen years on earth. At least not until he stumbles across Louis - the definition of a “major problem”. Noticing immediately how closed off and hostile Louis is, Harry tries to fix him, tries to make everything better for the empty teen, but the more he discovers how broken Louis is on the inside, the more he realizes how potentially unfixable he is.
Despite his best efforts, can Harry save Louis from the abyss? Or will Louis become just another casualty?
