Peter Adam Mackenzie, Was once a proud marine fighting for his country. That was until he was severely injured while on patrol. After lots of rehab in the vets hospital, he falls into a deep dark depression where he feels he's alone. His platoon are gone, his father and mother killed in a car accident, while he was on his last tour, so he was told.
While in the hospital he met a young nurse who helped him through his depression. She then gave him a card with a name and number of a bar on it and told him when he got out to not be afraid to call by. Her name was Cordelia, he never saw her again after that day and assumed she had moved on to another hospital.
The day he was released he made up his mind up and left to find the address. His hope, just to find a place that accepted him for who he was and not what he was...An amputee, ex marine, without a family or a place to call home.
