Mary Jay Everette is a special girl. She's definitely not a usual perfect character.  She has quite the mouth, no filter whatsoever.  She's been through hell and back twice and holds grudges. Her attitude was bound to get her in trouble somewhere along the line, but being sent to boarding school was last on her bucket list. Her Aunt Apple made it clear she wanted no trouble and a low-profile. 


Mateo Easton. It would be a dramatic overstatement to call him generic. Nothing about Matteo Easton was simple. As sweet as he looked, he was  extremely far from the word. His sarcastic demeanor made him interesting , confusing, and annoying, all at once. He has his past as well, but how long can he run from it?

They're both hard to intrigue, yet both love a challenge.
