FANTASY AU!!! Alchemy in the overworld is strictly forbidden by the king, and it has been for many years.  The only legal potion were healing ones, and you had to have a license to sell them and be taught only them by a royal healer.

There are some familes who went to the nether or end to train their young the craft and then send them off to 'learn' the healing pot. These people often hide as simple herbalists who know how to craft the healing pot.
