Ace is an incubus that travels to Earth with his other incubi and succubi friends to collect as many souls for three months. They figured no better place to do that is at a college where humans tend to do their own thing when they aren't living with their parents. Things don't go as planned when Ace encounters a college girl that doesn't fall for his charm and he must come up with a new plan to try and take her soul.
