"There's a small area with a crime scene marker, completely void of people. It's in the far right corner of the room, a few meters away from Yvonne's head. I walk over there and see the mark of an Urban Murder: A dead, black rose neatly placed between two Chinese characters written in Yvonne's blood. Unfortunately these are two characters I've seen all too often. The bloodied characters spelling "Death" in Chinese Mandarin. The Corpse Husband and Death Row... Their merged signatures are a morbidly beautiful sight."

Sykkuno is a recently promoted detective working under Toast. The newest killer is on a rampage and impossible to find. Nicknamed the "Corpse Husband" this man's targets drop like flies with nothing but a dead, black rose as his signature and it seems like recently he's paired up with another one of California's urban legends; Death Row who leaves the Mandarin characters for death at the crime scene written in his victims' blood (死亡). To make matters worse, Death Row is 100% an officer in California's police force, but nobody knows who.
One day while investigating yet another one of the pair's murders, Sykkuno realizes that he is the next victim of one...

Can Sykkuno save himself as well as his murderer before anymore lives are lost and put an end to this bloody rampage?
