Alexander and Demi were rivals from a young age. Both excelling in academics, coordinated arts, extracurriculars, and were both even popular. The one thing both of them were absolutely passionate about was ping pong. Both competed in tournaments, both would both up the ranks, until the day they finally had the chance to fight against each other. But would this match end in just ping pong? Or will secrets be revealed, tears be shed, and drama ensue?

Struggles of some characters will be reflected and shown in some chapters, showing their most vulnerable, and lowest points of their daily lives. 18-year-old Ada had a tough life. Always lying about who she really is, always hiding behind a mask, until she couldn't do it anymore. But telling her Parents destroyed her life. She got kicked out at the age of 16 and had to live on the streets. Thanks to her Basketball skills she got a scholarship at Knight High school. A weird private school where every kid has a special talent. From art over music to sports, if you're really good at what you're doing you can go to Knight High. Students come and go, so it's not really surprising when three dancers came to the school after thanksgiving break. Eve, one of these girls, always knew she's gay, she has a great girlfriend, at least she thought that for the last six months. When She, Isabel - her girlfriend - and Jenna changed schools, some things got out of control. Isabel isn't the sweet, innocent, accepting, supporting girlfriend Eve thought she is. When Eve meets Adam she's slowly falling for him, not knowing he's a she called Ada. Eve gets extremely confused with her sexuality, just then Isabel finds out about Eve's feelings. And Isabel started to change. Is she finally showing her real face? Or is this something from her past that she's constantly fighting? What will happen when Ada(m) finally tells them that she's not a guy? Whom is Eve going to choose? Isabel, her girlfriend, with a fucked-up past? Or Ada, the attractive, sweet player? "What?" He asked, pulling me from my daydream again. I chuckled, biting my lip again. "Are you thinking about me naked?" He asked jokingly. I blushed heavily, tucking my hair behind my ear. She always tried to stay positive, even when her mother constantly tested her patience and sanity after she'd quit dance freshman year. When she meets Alex Walsh, a wealthy, athletic superstar from the right side of the tracks. She felt like it was too good to be true. She finds herself at a standstill when Alex decides to cheat with the slutty JV cheerleader captain Kristen Snyder. After their break-up Aubrey constantly thinks about what could've been between her and Alex. Soon they find themselves back together, on wild high school adventures with her friends. Her best friends, Jessica Gardener and Emma Williams, frown upon the skeptical romance at first but Aubrey feels it is real this time. When she ends up in trouble at school and Alex even starts to feel the pressure on the newfound relationship. Both their parents disagree and they find themselves fighting for their love. Riley's past isn't something most kids go through. Bad things happened, but when she got older, her dad decided it was best to move, and get away from something that seemed to haunt Riley. They moved from Arizona to California. About 1/4 into her junior year, Riley had to go to a new school, and make new friends. She didn't really care about having friends though, as long as she was able to play soccer, she would be okay. Soccer had always been there for her, when her mom died, when she didn't have anyone else, when she was in a bad mood. It was always there for her to play. She didn't need anyone else. That changed when she met Brooke Eckmann. Brooke is also a junior in high school, and is the varsity teams goalie. When they first meet on the field, it was something different. She couldn't stop thinking about her. It was something both of them had never felt before.
