Mono had accepted it by now. He was stuck in an endless loop of betrayal and suffering. He'd always wake up in the forest, find Six, go through hell and back for her as they adventured through the pale city, and then end up being betrayed by her. And after all that..? He'd sit and wait. For years. Only accompanied by his thoughts, his hatred, and his sadness. And then, once he became the thin man... the loop would begin again. He'd exist in two forms at the same time. He had to relive everything over, and over, and over, and over again.
But he's ready for a change. His patience has faded. He doesn't want to live like this anymore.
He's going to ruin everything. And he's going to ruin everything over and over again until he finally breaks free.
Until he can finally stay by Six's side.

June, on the other hand, does not want to marry him especially after finding out about its true origins and why the radio tower exists. She also finds out that she is not the only normal being existing but that there are a group of survivors as well trying to stop this chaos. It is up to her now to stop the radio tower and end him once and for all with the help of her new companion while seeking the truth about her parent's past and herself. What if Mono stayed in the Wilderness? What if Seven survived the Maw and went to the Wilderness? What if Mono and Seven become friends instead of Six? Basically this is from a series of "what if" questions that I attempt to answer. Or will they find out how to actually live in it? - This is a Mono x Seven/Runaway Kid! Which also means that it is a boyxboy story! There will be no smut, and hardly any kissing, as these are children. Mostly nice fluff and some angst, because that's what I like.
