Intelligence is great and all but what can intellect get you in a society built around the powerful?
Izuku midoriya, got his quirk later than everyone else at the age of 5 after saving someone and finding out what his quirk is decided that it would be best to not show off the quirk which is called Vector Manipulation at least until the end of middle school, but things don't always go the way you plan... do they?

What happens to people that don't have quirks in a world full of quirks? What happens to the world when one quirkless person finally snaps?
