George goes trough hell when the rumor goes out that dream is gay and dating George. Dream struggles to admit his secret (not secret anymore) and chooses to take his anger out on George in order to show that his isn't gay as the small town is very homophobic.

He shaves his head too and is there with George in all of his chemos. He buys George his favourite beanies and even let someone make one for him. But doctors start to lose hope of George ever getting better and since there is no match for a stem cell transplantation, there is only one person left to help him.
