"GET IT DONE CHARGEBOLT!"

MANGA SPOILERS UP TO CHAPTER 263

This story begins the afternoon of the Kamino ward incident. Jirou lies unconscious from the gas attack at the summer training camp. Meanwhile Kaminari and the rest of the class attempt to discourage Kirishima, Todoroki and Midoriya from going to rescue Bakugou. Kaminari is obviously concerned with the well being of his classmate. All of them are his friends, but throughout the rest of term and well into summer something begins to develop. Or so it seems. Jirou is in a similar situation. She is close with Jamming-Whey and enjoys spending time with him and their friends, as well as working together on their journey to become pro heroes. Is there perhaps more than meets the eye?

If you have read the manga up to the end of chapter 263 then you know of that decisive moment when Kaminari looks back at the group after Midnight sensei asks him to think of the one person who matters the most to him at that moment. 4 panels later we see both Jirou and Kaminar, who (even with the great distance) seem to be making eye contact and she says "Get it done Chargebolt!" Let us piece together why.
