It's not until Ace comes over for a visit one day that 2D realizes its not just a phase and he really is gay! After Noodle brings back the cyborg for Murdoc's birthday, Murdoc began trying to strengthen his relationship with 2D, in turn causing him to reciprocate 2D's feelings
