Welcome to the strangest crossover you will ever see. Combine 2 of the greatest heroes on the PS2. Put them in the Dragon Age Origins world on the continent of Thedas in Ferelden. And see what happens.
As Ratchet continues his search for his missing friend Clank, (who was abducted by the Zoni right in front of Ratchet) he has no choice but to team up with the bumbling egotistical Captain Qwark, and his monkey Skrunch. Their journey will take them through a rift gate hurdling through space and onto a strange planet. And to also hunt down their old nemesis Dr. Nefarious.
Meanwhile. Jak and Daxter 2 years after defeating Cyber Erol and the Dark Maker Ship, have finally pushed the Metal Heads away from Haven City and into the mountains. But a Rift Gate has been found in the Metal Head base. And the Metal Heads have gone through it. So Jak, Daxter, and their friend King Sig go after them.
And while all that is going on, there's a fifth blight in Ferelden. Darkspawn have taken to the surface of Thedas led by an Archdemon. And when they combine with the Metal Heads and Dr. Nefarious... yeah, Thedas is doomed.
With the Kingdom of Ferelden engulfed in Civil War, and at the hands of a fifth blight. It's up to our heroes to team up with the Grey Wardens and restore peace to the land. And also stop their enemies.

In JOS I set the rogue and con-artist Harric against a foil of warriors in a land threatened by magic and civil war. Whenever possible I turn familiar tropes on their heads: instead of a handsome young Lancelot, I cast a broken-down ex-champion addicted to pain-killing herbs; instead of a dashing Squire Brian, the old knight reluctantly takes an ambitious young woman as squire. Similarly, I re-imagine the standard medieval milieu by infusing aspects of two of my favorite historical periods, Elizabethan England, and The American Frontier. Both eras boast a kind of nationalistic arrogance that borders on hubris, and a magnificent spirit of resourcefulness and re-invention that is fun to play with. SERIES The Jack of Souls is first in a series. I am posting parts of the sequel here now (The Knave of Souls), to help me refine the story.

This is book 2 in the No Turning Back trilogy. If you haven't read book 1, read that before reading this. -- Vizor's gone. Everyone spared from his wrath is safe, and finally there's peace. It's been three months since the evil demon's death, and everything's going great. Or so everyone thinks... Dusk is unsure whether his father is gone entirely. He of all people would know his true power. And his suspicions are confirmed when another murder pops up. With a chance to save his possessed friend, Akik finds a way to bring the gang to his home planet - Xero. There, he knew someone that could help. But tensions are high. The Demon-Angel war has still raged on in Akik's absence, and his Xeronian friends are worried. It's been over a year since the return date of Akik's mission, so most everyone believes he's dead. So... what now? ----------- This story contains themes relating to blood/gore, demons, war, trauma, death, and (slight) insanity. If these themes bother you, I suggest you be careful reading this story. There are Blazafor1 ships in this story (though I refer to it as Blakik because.... Well, you get it if you read book 1). Not too crazy in the beginning, and it also has nothing to do with the Mature rating on this story. Though if you are uncomfortable with ships such as this, I once again suggest you be careful reading this story. Ratchet and Clank are back on Fastoon, about a year after the events in the game "Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack In Time", and are studying the ruins and looking into lombax culture. They soon discover a research laboratory, containing an ancient portal which sends them careening into an alternate parallel dimension - a place where the normal conventions of behavior, morality, etc. are flipped on their heads, and history has played out somewhat differently. Here they encounter characters who are the opposites of what they are in their own universe, and must deal with each as a result. It will be the beginning of an emotional roller coaster ride for the two heroes! This is the first of what will be a multi-story arc, as Ratchet and Clank stumble through several dimensions while trying to find their way home! PLEASE NOTE: This story has some violence in it, but no gore. There is also a tiny amount of body horror as well as a little cursing. But I hope you'll stay with the story through to the end...I expect you'll be glad you did! All characters and locations from the Ratchet & Clank franchise mentioned in this story are the sole property of Insomniac Games and Sony Interactive Entertainment, and I assume no ownership of them. The alternate versions created in this story are mine, as well as any original characters and settings, and not to be used without permission. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order "Hearts of the Inquisitors" Episode 1 by DCLGalloway
12 parts Complete
*Hearts of the Inquisitors, Episode 1, is the prequel to my original Hearts of the Inquisitors book, which acts as a companion piece to the game Jedi: Fallen Order* Set one year before the events of Fallen Order, the Empire is rising to it's prime, ruthlessly hunting down all remaining Jedi in hordes. At this time, Vader was already training four apprentices. But his most cunning student was a young, garish human named Cor Shan. A former apprentice Seeker for the Jedi and incredibly gifted with the Force, he was now a Seeker for the Empire. Vader utilized his unique ability to track Jedi in his mind as if it were his own, sending Shan to lead almost every crucial mission the Empire had involving high-profile Jedi. This resulted in the immediate captures and deaths of countless knights across a very short time period. However, one task continuously eluded the Dark Lords: eliminating a brand new syndicate which now stands as a threat to the Empire. With a recent devastating attack on the Empire, Vader had learned of a new shadow organization known as the "Black Gora," a very robust cult created by an alliance between the Black Sun and the remnants of the Bando Gora, a Force-worshiping cult formally lead by High Priestess Komari Vosa in the final years of the Galactic Republic. As Sidious had informed Dooku long ago, the Bando Gora were a threat to his will which needed to be eliminated. Although Vosa is dead, her vision is not, and now it has been set lose again to infringe upon the Empire. As our tale begins, his new apprentice Cor Shan and the Second Sister are both sent for to solve this problem. The Second Sister for her deadly skills, Shan for his sharp mind, and both for their high intelligence. As emotions grow strong between them, can they stop this syndicate in time?
