The younger sister of Fleur Delacour, Graziella, didn't know much about her father's family. She got expelled from the French school at the end of her first year, she had pranked the headmistress. This girl, part veela, part witch, part something else, was also a metamorphmagus. She joins Hogwarts for her second year, with the threat of her mother sending her to an American military-style school if she gets expelled again. As hard as she tries, she cannot help but join a certain pair of redheaded twins in their pranking adventures at her new school, but somewhere along the way she meets her paternal family.
