Based off the hit anime series Sword Art Online here's my little fan fiction I came up with. (I own none of the content from SAO) When reality becomes too much there is only one way to escape it. The answer is Sword Art Online. A young boy named Josh is a beta tester who decided to escape reality for a little while. Everything is going his way until the game turned into reality and the log out button dissapeared. A game becomes reality. Watch your backs because if your HP hits zero then you die not just in the game but in real life. You've been warned.

Momonga has a son named (Y/N) IRL. He took care of him ever since his GF died while in child birth. When his son was 10 Momonga showed him a DMMO-RPG game called Yggdrasil and let him into his and his friends clan of Ainz Ooal Gown. (Y/N) made his character using a feature called gene combiner so his ingame character is the son of Momonga and Albedo. 8 years later and thousands of in-game hours and thousands of dungeon raids later the servers of Yggdrasil are closing. Momonga and his son have decided to spend the last hours of the game online and wait for the servers to shut down. After all both the father and son have fond memories of their time in Yggdrasil. I do not own the anime series or the manga. All of those rights go to their owners.

However, the only people Joko cares about are taken away from him. A companies commercial promised the best RPG, however, Joko couldn't buy it. His friends are taken away and he is just about ready to die when a mysterious woman gives him a new chance. Will this game help Joko logout of this world, or will it force him to come back for the better of the planet? Note: not as accurate as I like, but that would be giving away spoilers! Note: This wasn't inspired by SAO or Log Horizon, but by a-ha's Take On Me music video.
