A virus spreads and puts the world to a standstill until it gets out of control and turns it's victims into flesh eating creatures (let's just call them zombies until I come up with a better name). Drew's life gets thrown into turmoil as she watches everything she has ever known and loved crumble.
After wandering for weeks, she thinks she's the last human alive. That is, until she sees someone in the distance and saves him from a near death situation. Convincing him to stay with her as she travels - out of loneliness - they begin to form a bond.
Quite frankly, this isn't even about the zombies or the virus or the destination. It's a love story.

Firstly, A trigger warning for mental health/ self inflicted wounds when reading. you're only 18 years old. your name is zoe. you always had a love for the apocalypse but didn't think it would truly happen. and you slowly learn that nobody is who they say they are. Nobody is to be trusted. Things are gonna fall apart, and nobody can save us now. This book is being rewritten again and hopefully is better than the first and second time it was published. It's kind of cringe most of the way. Wrote it when i was like 13-14 years old or something and tried rewriting when I was about 16. Didn't work. Trying to rewrite it again at 20 but i don't think the first two books are saveable. Book three so far however is going well(i believe anyway). The second book has also been rewritten and will be rewritten again. now I'm working on finishing book three. All characters are mine but ellis is not I will be changing a lot of character names again in this rewriting process in all books, ellis being the biggest.Complete

The entire school campus is turned to bloodshed. A switch goes off in her head when she sees the chaos unfold, there is only one thought that enters her mind. And that is to protect her little brother Zane no matter what....
