"The only way is forward", said Iris Schmidt, a refugee adopted by Grisha Jaeger. At the young age of 15, Iris watched as her parents were mercilessly eaten alive by a deformed titan. All she had known was a peaceful life outside the walls, secluded from everyone. Having her life saved by a young scout, Erwin Smith, Iris swore to avenge her parents. After having joined the Survey cops, Iris meets Levi, a formidable ally addition to their squad. Together, they battle against titans, trauma, love and life.

This is my first time in the AoT universe, so I may have inaccuracies, I still want to create a good storyline so I hope you guys don't mind! This is a slow burn story, I want to make it compelling :) (also, I'm going to follow the manga with a few changes, so expect spoilers (only at the end).
This is not a reader story. (OC x Levi) All characters except my OC and a few filler characters belong to Hajime Isayama.
