Lilly is the adopted daughter of Natasha Romanoff after she ended up on S.H.I.E.L.D.s door step. The avengers are her family. That is why they wouldn't let her fight Ultron. To Lilly's surprise they come home with two new recruits, one of them practically dead. Lilly uses her powers to help him. Lilly didn't realize her life would change so much after saving the one and only obnoxious Pietro Maximoff.
