Years since the War.
Under the ice for 70 years, coming back and began to adapt to the changed world, Captain America and Agent Sollteris fought for. But nothing was the same, SHIELD wasn't the same as before. 
But now Ghosts long dead were rising out of the shadows once more and it fell into their hands to save their world once more. But More than one ghost came back to haunt them.
