She love hanging around with him. Donnie felt the same way. They both felt they have a deep connection. They hung out a lot, talked more, have something in common. Donnie laughed more and more. Until that one night in Evelynn's room. Evelynn and Donnie were alone together. Having fun as usual. Show off their science, arts, dancing and music taste. But Evelynn tripped over her own feet. I exited through the side entrance of the building and stood by the manhole cover, pulling it up and out of the way. I climbed down the ladder and slid the cover back over me, shrouding myself in pitch darkness. When I got to the ground, water splashed by my feet and I turned my phone flashlight on. Ice covered most of the walls and floor, except for the small puddle I stepped in. I looked around and started walking in the right direction. It was colder in the sewers this time of year and I almost slipped on ice a few times. When I saw familiar pipes and came to what looked like a concrete wall, a small smile formed on my lips. I stood in front of it for a moment, staring at it. "Come on, Angel." I muttered to myself. It's only been two years. I doubt much has changed. I took a deep breath in and reached up to pull the pipe above the closed door. I'm a lot taller now, so I didn't have to get on my tip toes like back then. The door parted open and I walked in slowly, hearing a thud behind me when it shut closed. It was quiet in the lair as I walked around, taking it all in. Most of it looked the same, while some parts looked new. I took my beanie, scarf, and jacket off, setting them on the couch nearby. "Hello?" - **** quick content and trigger warning possibility. Regarding the fanfics that revolve around the tmnt fandom and series versions, I personally have read many that involve hard language (cursing) and depictions of violent scenes bc it's whats in the storylines of all versions of tmnt across the board and through the decades. As stated in the information for the previous book for this mini series, if anything is offensive in any such way or should be corrected, feel free to reach out and comment or PM me regarding it and I'll gladly hear you out in order to learn from the mistake I made for future reference. School's a total nightmare, and things at home with mom are a hot mess ever since dad passed away. Just when you're about to throw in the towel, you wake up in a hospital room, and to your shock, your dad's right there with you, but nothing makes sense with the memories you keep. Before you can even process this bizarre reunion, you and your dad are victims of an attempted kidnapping, you being rescued by 4 mutant turtle brothers, who offer to help you find your father. As you get to know them better, you find yourself drawn into their world while trying to understand what's going on with your memories. Little do you know, there's more to your connection with these heroes than meets the eye. Eventual MC x Donatello relationship. A remake of Donatello and April's original relationship dynamic, but slow burned and unrushed, so they can build a true friendship before discovering that either of them have feelings for the other. --------------- I always felt like Donnie crushin' on April in the show was a bit off, especially 'cause she never felt the same way and it felt kind of forced. Chatted with my sis 'bout this ongoing plot in the series, and it hit me - the show could've been way cooler if April and Donatello had a tighter connection, giving 'em both the character development they deserved. Figured I had nothin' to lose, so this's what came outta that chat. Hope you dig it! First time putting words on paper, fingers crossed it ain't too shabby. Plus, English isn't my first language, so sorry if the phrasing is a bit off. Just in case, I'll mention neither TMNT 2012 or the fanart used for the cover are mine. So basically a young girl named Myrina is the youngest daughter of Hamoto Yoshi and a woman named Claire Sara Sakura who knew Yoshi since they were humans in Japan and had a daughter named Myrina. Myra (short for Myrina) was experimented on the kranng until she escaped and found her way into the sewers and she meet her father who she thought had passed away and four mutant turtle brothers and as time passes on they learn to be a happy family.
