The story took place after the events of Zoids: Wild Zero, as the Neo Zenebas Empire and the Neo Helic Republic continued to war each other, Irene Saxon, the Crown Empress of the Neo Guylos Empire prepared to ordered her men to aid the Neo Helic Republic for some assistance in order to stop the Neo-Zenebas Empire's military assault. She decided to pilot the Hurricane Liger, Neo-Guylos Empire's new liger zoid and joined her men in the battle.
