Mastromia is often panned as the slum of Metanoia. It is the haven of indigo-winged Celestial Angels who are always discriminated as the weakest race. These creatures of Akwan possess no power but their ability to fly. Their land is situated above the cotton-like clouds of Metanoia, and it is rich in agriculture sector as this nation receives the highest quality of sunlight.

Little did the angels know, the two challenged provinces of Mastromia-Todal and Wanham-are the home of the 12 sacred Celestial Rings. Each of these rings possesses specific powers coming from the Zodiacs. Their origin remains mysterious, and the limitation of their magic is still cloaked.
