When Bakugo is captured by the league of villains, a new (unexpected) hero rises. Turns out that, in a very Bakugo fashion, Bakugo Katsuki has a sister. And she has come to get her bother of a brother back. Mainly so she can scold him for a change. 

Bakugo Momoka, Katsuki's younger sister. Apparently Bakugo managed to not tell anyone of his friends that he has a sister at all. 
Yes midoriya knew but, he thought she was attending school in another district. She was not and now she has to help our heroes save their explosive classmate.
