Where there are heroes, villains can be found. A mysterious villain with a mysterious past. Will they be able to make their dream a reality?
The fate of humanity is in their hands.

His "quirk" is something even he can't explain. It caused problems for him in the past, and is still causing problems now. The only thing he can call it is a mental disorder. Salazo hopes to be a hero even with this setback. So many secrets he's hiding. What could they be? What happened in his past? What is his quirk?
