Chuuya faltered, breath catching in his throat as he extended a finger just to drop it midair. "I'm sorry, you're WHAT?"

"Dead. That's why your fist went through me. I kind of figured that part was obvious."

After Chuuya's brother returns as a ghost and begs him to bring him back to life, Chuuya has no choice but to enter the infamous labyrinth with a rather annoying peer wrapped in bandages.

Chuuya is determined to save his brother-that is, if he and Dazai don't kill each other first.

After Dostoyevesky's death having Dazai nearly witnessing the death of all of his friends, he finally has an actual change in heart. Despite that, he's plagued with horrid nightmares of everyone dying and all because of him. As always he can't seem to get away from Chuuya either with him being the focal point of every nightmare and it did have an impact on him.
