Aizawa Shota a tired ass teacher.
Ever since the second year of U.A. started Yagi (all might) has been putting a little to much pressure on Izuku with one for all, training to exhaustion. Izuku starts to overthink and feels like he is not good enough for the power and is disappointing all might.
Luckily his homeroom teacher has bean catching on to his odd behavior and won't allow it

Izuku Midoriya had a strange hobby. To put it simple he didn't had only notebooks on a person's quirk but also plans on how to take the person down. One day Nezu finds out about this and finds interest in his plan. Not long after that the rat God of UA created a special surprise for the students of class 1A and 1B. Did he tell them what he was about to do or what the surprise exercise was all about? Nope not a single bit. This was how Izuku woke up in the middle of nowhere and needs to find out why he was where he was as well as who he was up against. Little did he know that he was the only villain and he was allowed to do anything and everything. With Nezu backing him up there is nothing that could stop the killer rabbit. "You kidding?! Trust for Izuku Aizawa was a fickle thing, he'd constantly be forced to switch between trusting someone with his whole heart to hating them with every fiber of his being. Such was the story of his father, his teachers, his classmates, his old friends, hell even his own mother (though he never did or ever could hate her). The only person he trusted was his sister and it stayed that way for a long, long time. It stayed that way until he was adopted by Shouta Aizawa and Hizashi Yamada, he gained a new brother and sister both of whom he loved dearly.
