The percent of homeless people in America grew to over 45% this year. The government decided to create a virus to kill the homeless and spare the everyday taxpayer and those they live with. Using the support and donations of fed up homeowners they created cities surrounded by walls twenty feet thick, 500 feet high, and 60 feet underground. Homes were renovated to have metal frames to weld shut, and windows were reinforced. But the Government is sadistic, they created a lottery. The names drawn were not to be let inside any shelter. They alerted the families and lottery winners of the situation a year in advance to the release of the national mandated cleanse. Unbeknownst to the lottery winners the government had placed bets, and we're prepared to either award or tourment to poor souls selected to fight for their lives.
