Aditya and Imlie - two souls truly different in many ways. Their paths cross each others and both are left entangled in a forced marriage which none of them wanted, each for their own reasons. With this sudden twist in their tale, their camaraderie too changes drastically with Aditya donning a rude, ignorant and angry avtar and blaming Imlie for all that happened. As for Imlie, she quietly takes it all, not knowing how to deal with what she has been suddenly pushed into!
This relation of compulsion alters not just their lives but their characteristics as well and brings with it many other associated factors.
Lakeerein is my take on how they deal with what's put their way and how they ultimately come together, accepting the decision fate had taken for them!
A tale of sorrow, pain, hurt, betrayal, love, care, anger and togetherness. A tale of differing morals and a different aspect of what's right and what's wrong - Lakeerein is my attempt to unravel this story the way I imagine it.

Imlie and her five brothers, Aryan and Aarvi his sister's journey as a family Prologue She was getting married right at this moment. An arranged marriage to a businessman Aryan Singh Rathore.
