Take Me Down

Christmas Eve. It seems cruel that her parents had to die on Christmas Eve, like whatever God was up there had looked at her, seen her exuberantly happy and thought that Christmas Eve was a good time to destroy her life.
Nora Bennett isn't herself. She hasn't been for a while now. The old Nora used to smile at strangers in the street, laugh at the terrible jokes infomercials made, and save the bubblegum wrappers from important dates as little mementos of what had happened. This Nora doesn't do any of that.
This Nora doesn't do much of anything.
Jeremy Hunt isn't himself either. He's become a person that he doesn't like, the person that everyone expected him to be and a person that his friends and his family can't stand.
But in falling in love with each other, they can perhaps find themselves.
