- In this story there are guns, so take that into consideration before reading, and they are used to threaten, but are never actually used on a person, and when they are used, they are used to do relatively harmless things, like get rid of locks
- There are also descriptions of highly hurt people, I would have to say the descriptions are sickening, pretty tame to what one could get, but they are not really nice to picture
- Torture to get information is mentioned

These warnings make this book sound a lot more graphic than it actually is, it's NOT a graphic story, trust me

Also! His life is only complicated further when it becomes apparent that not only is Nero his only way out of the place, but he also has a tendency to make Marley question everything he's ever known. Marley is positive of one thing, though, and that is the fact that he needs to do anything possible to ensure his kingship- It's the only way to finally correct the world that his predecessors have wronged so cruelly.
