An age of quirks, heroes and villains; was the normal for the world. Tell strange creatures with quirks started to appear across the world. These strange creatures with quirks were strong and not strong. 

All that people knew, they were afraid of them. The creatures walked around on the streets with confidence and feared no human. Some approach the humans for what they didn't stick around to find out. 

What happened to make the creatures to appear or reappear?
