"𝐖-𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮?!"

All across the world, books have been banned... all because of a 21-year-old known as "The Bookmaster." He takes books and laces them with dark secrets that are reality, the government starts to ban all the books because they don't want those secrets to get out. Eventually, there's not a single book in the world that's legal to read.

"𝐈'𝐦 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫."

Kathryn Crossley is a huge book lover, so when this law is released, she decides to buy books illegally off the dark web. When she reads them, she ends up summoning The Bookmaster.

"𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲?"

He offers to help her bring books back, she hesitantly agrees and he moves in with her. Against their wills... they start to fall in love.

We tend to examine where we've gone wrong, what we've achieved, and what lessons we might have think we've learned. Some might even hope that by looking back, we can prevent ourselves from repeating the mistakes of the past. Yet... we contradict ourselves, giving rise to the familiar adage: history repeats itself. For centuries, two souls have been ensnared by a curse. Fates entwined in ways neither can escape. One must always betray. One must always kill. The Order has long hunted these two souls, for theirs is the only altered DNA capable of powering an ancient relic, which is an artifact born of an even older tale: the story of The River. And when these cursed souls meet again, unaware of the history they've shared, the cycle begins anew. Old wounds ache with fresh pain. Trust dissolves like smoke. Passion flares into pure chaos, threatening to consume them both. He's the curse. 𝘚𝘩𝘦'𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘬𝘦𝘺. In a world where the dead linger, one girl holds the key to helping them cross over. But Rose's quiet life is shattered when four mysterious brothers arrive with a dark secret. As tensions rise and some ghosts prove more dangerous than others, the brothers only want to keep her safe. Can she trust them, or will the secrets between them be her undoing? And will she ever be able to break through their masks? **COMPLETE** **SEQUEL IS ALSO COMPLETE** My death notebook was out. I surreptitiously slid it into my backpack. He offered me the cards. "Pick a game, Rose?" "Um." They looked at me. "How about cheat?" "Never heard of it," Alexander said, collapsing to sit on the floor with his back to my bed. Gabriel sat cross-legged. "Show us," he said. I knelt to complete the circle, taking out the cards and shuffling them. Alexander snorted and snatched the cards out of my hands to shuffle them himself. "I got it, drunk girl." "I am not," I said, tugging on the cards. My fingers tangled with his. He let them go. I distributed the cards among us, my hair swinging as I leaned forward to give them their share. I tucked it behind my ears. They watched me quietly. I could hear the party outside my room, a muffled shouting beat, but we were safe in my room.
