Shelby Wilcox and eliza champ are half sisters and home schooled wizards. Shelby's dad Roy marries Eliza's mom Gwen. Shelby is older then Eliza by one year. Eliza is a brunette with green snake like eyes, pale skin, she is 5"4 and half wizard and half human/half blood. Shelby on the other hand is also brunette; she has ocean blue eyes, tan skin and is 5"6 1/2. Shelby is a full wizard/ pure blood. Eliza and Shelby were both born in North Carolina but had to move to London England because theirs parents wanted them to join Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry.
