She wanted revenge for her for her sister and she knew the perfect way to get it so that she would hurt the people that did them wrong. But it didn't turn out how she thought it would. She wanted to do it then just go on with her life. Her and her best friend would find her sister then leave to never be heard from again. But that didn't go accoriding to plan she isn't just running for her children she is running for herself. She just couldn't handle the fear of losing herself of being hurt over and over again. So she made a decision for herself to not let love in until being scared almost lost her her life

Since her mother was dead now, he could do what he liked and two men with a business decided to make a deal, his daughter was part of the contract. Now, she only felt anger for her last living family member and a new feeling for the two men who were taking her away from her terrible life. She had to find a new way to cope with her feelings that were not normal for her. Would she began to push them away or let them in? She hadn't ever felt normal but now with them, she finally got the chance. Though, her past continued to haunt her. She needed to rid of the last negativity and began pushing forward. The prophesy of The Coming In Saffire's time of greatest need, a child will be born to a special woman, the Gravidarum. The child, who has no father of this planet, will be known as the Unum, a child to lead Saffire. The Helper will battle to keep the Gravidarum safe until the Unum is born. The people of Saffire have been waiting to see The Coming fulfilled. Demalynn assembles a group of clackers to get her home, the most important of which is a fellow clacker: eighteen-year-old Aiden. It is not long before Jago, the ruler of Saffire, learns that a woman on Saffire is pregnant and he unleashes all his power to prevent the birth. Jago will not give up power. Demalynn is surprised to find out she is the Helper, but is astounded to learn the identity of the Gravidarum. Demalynn must battle to stay alive and fumbles towards the realization that Aiden is much more than a close friend. She is certain, with the certainty that only a seventeen-year-old can possess, that Aiden is her only true love. Demalynn is desperate to find a way back home until she must make a choice: stay with Aiden on Saffire or go back home and re-unite her family. There's no place like home.
