"Please! Just show me your scars" he pleaded in the harsh weather as thunder boomed. "No! You don't care" I shook my head. "Laura! Listen" he yelled. "I care more then I can express! Just please, show them to me" he whispered softly. I shook my head and bit my bottom lip as rain poured on the two of us. I looked down and whispered one word. "Why?" He leaned my head up. "So that I can see how many times you needed me when I wasn't there" he whispered as a tear fell from his eye. I looked up at him and wiped it away as he wrapped his arms around me. "Ross you were always there. You just never helped" I whispered. "That was because I didn't know how. And now I do" he leaned down. I leaned up and met our lips, my eyes fluttering closed. This... this is perfect. All because of my scars.
