The day was anything but normal for Princess Adira. When her mother reveals the ancient tradition of their kingdom, Adira's emotions spiral, pushing her toward a destiny she cannot escape. Now, she embarks on a perilous journey to the fourth continent-an uncharted land full of mysteries, dangers, and dark secrets. She isn't alone. With her are two loyal best friends, but the trio soon finds themselves caught up in a web of intrigue. Nine strangers, divided into secretive groups, are also heading to the continent, each with their own hidden motives. But as tensions rise, two individuals bring chaos that threatens to tear apart the fragile alliances. Who can Adira trust in a world where loyalty is uncertain, and even the most familiar faces might hide dark secrets? In this world, magic is alive-but not in the ways you might expect. There are no werewolves or vampires here, but angels, mermaids, and half-human creatures walk among them. As Adira's journey unfolds, she will face not only external threats but also the turmoil within herself. The powers at play are strong, and so are the emotions-will she be able to balance it all, or will she succumb to the path her closest one chose years ago? -ˋˏ✄┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ 𝐂𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐬: Design by @yourFEATHERS | Background image from Pinterest I hope you enjoy this story! {Book 4} Death is not the end, for it is just a new beginning. We didn't ask to be, yet here we are. Neither do we get to choose what we are. However, we can choose who we wish to be. What matters is who you are, not what. - Mia B. Geminius, cover made by me (This is a continuation of my trilogy of Descendance, Ascendance, and Escapance, I highly suggest you do not begin reading this unless you don't mind the spoilers and then go back to read the rest. Thank you so much for your precious waste of time muahaha- ) No longer being a villain anymore, the star at the end of the river receives a chance to do good after being reborn again. A thousand years have passed and he has finished serving his time in hell to atone for all of his sins committed in his past two lives, one as a human and the other as a demon. Now it is the year 3048, three stories take place in the future where there are glass cities and flying cars. Angels and demons still exist. They always have since the beginning of time itself. Because with good, there is evil. The light and dark are the balance of this world. Will this reincarnated star meet the sun, moon, and other stars again? The stars have waited a thousand years to reunite once more. [Preview] "So we meet again, handsome. But this time you're getting in my way. Move aside and mind your own business. You saw how he's a piece of trash. Why did you save him? You angels are too much." "It is my duty to protect those who are being harmed by demons like you." "You're not doing your job then. You saw how he was harming me. Who's the demon here, him or me? Instead of stopping him, you chose to stop me. Humans are just the same as demons like me sweetheart. Are you new to this or what? I'll file a complaint to your God so you'll get fired. Some angel you are."
