The teenage royalties are all part of a prophecy. The prophecy was told by an ancient dragon before it died, in a heated battle. He says 'When the day comes that myth becomes true, a meeting shall bring the downfall of two kingdoms and only one person can save them.' 

The dragon left everything unsolved, but when a baby rose from the Fire Court with the mark of the savior, everything made sense. At the age of 16, Melisende must go on a journey, accompanied by 3 other royals, and must defeat the ancient beings that rose from the dust long ago.

However, the journey is perilous and may cost the lives of all of them. They must become strong, know who they are, and know what they want to win. A tale of friendship, love, and war.
