Back when she was still a 'he' Saf led a troubled life on Earth as an unremarkable human. That life was cut short by the machinations of the cruel and deceitful trickster god, Myr, abducting humans to use as entertainment.

Of all his victims, Safkhet alone overcame the torment he called 'training'. Her reward was to be hurled headlong into a cutthroat world of warring states, super-human adventurers and fearful monsters - to show him an 'entertaining death'.

The fantastical universe of Arcadia would become her home, steeped in history and arcane magic, populated by exotic creatures with alien cultures to explore.
