Katsuki realized that something was wrong with him on a random morning. His coughs became more forceful and harsh, and he suddenly felt something trying to climb into his chest until he coughed something out.

If you get the surgery, it removes all emotions so you would feel nothing. Eijiro is head over heels in love with Katsuki but Katsuki doesn't return his feelings. Eijiro develops a disease called Hanahaki (see above) and this story is about his recovery and what recovery he will choose. Will he try to find new love?
