"Hey, Devil!" Jeongguk yells, his voice firm and laced with barely concealed wrath. Hoseok turns around on his heel, the movement elegant and controlled. He raises an eyebrow at him, darkness glitters in his eerie eyes.

"We have no intention of being 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘺 prey."

Jeongguk meets Hoseok's cunning stare head-on, hellfire's crackling in the boy's eyes. The assassin glances back at him, obviously amused by his words, a dark smirk tugging at his mouth's corner ━ the spitting image of a killer.

"Oh, I wouldn't expect anything less from you, Mr. Kim," the Devil drawls, holding the Jeon boy captive with his curious gaze.
