Four cats born in a barn set out to four divided destinies. Each one must make catastrophic decisions that will change the course of nature forever. Their mother hides a terrible secret about their father who they have never met and they all will have to make the decision to either put their new homes before their family or risk all they have worked for.

Now the future for any sort of clan rests in the paws of four apprentices.
