The creatures of the night have risen once again under the control of three of the most powerful young witches since the ancestral witches took down Domino. Reese, a young vampire from the planet of Zocarus, attends classes at Cloud Tower in hopes of becoming even more powerful than her parents can ever imagine becoming. Zocarus, a place only known for constant terror and dark rainy days, finds itself at it's breaking point. When Reese returns can she help bring Zocarus out of the dark or will it crumble to pieces under it's new ruler.
