Penn Erickson is a Seeker, an associate of the secretive Bender group that imparts to its members the knowledge of time-bending, or time travel. His job is to find those with blood compatible for the art of bending. When Penn finds that there is another group searching for the blood-worthy, it becomes a deadly battle that the government just can't keep their hands out of-which may just be the ruin of their Time-line.
